The one hour abuse inservice is an online session. Time limit to complete the Inservice: 60 days from the date of enrollment in Canvas.

2. After registering, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days and you will receive an email invitation from Canvas Online Teachers, NOT from Providence Health Career Institute.
Once you receive the email invitation, open the email, accept the invitation, set-up a username and password, and follow the instructions. A refund will not be provided to those who do not participate or who do not complete the inservice within 60 days.***
 
To register with a money order payment: A printable registration form is available at the bottom of the homepage. Please print, fill out, and mail the form along with your money order payment. No personal checks, please.
